Types of therapies

As soon as someone says ‘therapy’ people tend to jump to conclusions, but what does it actually involve? The first step is to arrange an online or telephone appointment. You can then talk to me about whatever you’d like and I’ll listen. That’s it. I’m not here to judge, just help you find your own answers to personal issues.
