Types of therapies
As soon as someone says 'therapy' people tend to jump to conclusions, but what does it actually involve? The first step is to arrange an online or telephone appointment. You can then talk to me about whatever you'd like and I'll listen. That's it. I'm not here to judge, just help you find your own answers to personal issues.
Cognitive behavioural therapy
CBT is based on the idea that you're responsible for the way you feel and how you behave. It helps to prevent the negative thought cycles that can lead to a downward spiral.
