Throughout the experience participants are fully aware of their environment but have that feeling of being in a nice place…similar to being in a warm, cosy bed and not wanting to get up in the morning…you know you can but you just don’t want to at that moment in time!Our fears and phobias together with our other negative beliefs, which we allow to cause us problems, all sit as learnt behaviours, in the filing system within the Unconscious Mind. In order to overcome these negative beliefs we need to reframe or re program these learnt behaviours. Hypnotherapy allows us to do that.
