Mind Relief is operated by Lynne Rees who throughout her career has enjoyed many years working both in the Retail trade and Education.

Lynne’s Retail experience was based in the Travel Industry through out the 70’s and 80’s when service was of paramount importance. Her clients would ask “Where are you sending us on holiday this year?” This level of service required an in depth rapport with clients to identify their needs and expectations. Lynne’s clients came from both the Leisure and Business markets. The Business clients were often more demanding, expecting to travel at an hours notice and expecting a high standard of both product and service. In recent years Lynne has focused her retail experience on the Catering and Hospitality sector, as one of four Directors, leading a very busy catering business.

During the 90’s Lynne moved into the Education sector where she remained until 2007. Here she was a senior Lecturer and progressed to Curriculum Team Leader in work-based learning, overseeing teaching teams in the Business, Accountancy, Travel, Sport, Customer Service, Hospitality and Catering areas.

In 2005 as part of her CPD (Continuous Professional Development) Lynne studied NLP and Hypnotherapy. Once qualified Lynne implemented the skills and techniques of NLP and Hypnotherapy into many areas of her business and private life. “ I have found these skills invaluable and have helped so many people to discover their true potential. I recently helped a 16-year-old student take control of an interview situation and successfully secure a place at a prestigious college. On another occasion a Golfer felt he had lost his winning ability but with NLP he was soon back on track. Customer Service and Sales lend themselves particularly well to this type of skill set. Building rapport with customers is of paramount importance if you are to secure that loyal client. It takes a great deal of time, effort and expense to get customers through the door for the first time, once there you definitely want to ensure they remain loyal to your organisation.
